David founded eba in 2001 and advises UK business owners on starting, growing, scaling and exiting their businesses tax-efficiently.
David qualified as a chartered accountant in 1990 with big-four firm KPMG. He left KPMG in 1992 to work in the private training sector, delivering lectures to accountancy students across the world in taxation, economics and strategic management.
In 2001 David set up eba, with the aim of building an accountancy practice that would deliver something different. His ethos has always involved helping UK business owners to start, grow, scale and exit their businesses tax-efficiently.
A creative, strategic thinker, David loves to immerse himself in clients’ business models and has guided many clients all the way from start-up to multi-million pound exits.
