EBA Group Limited
Gender Pay Gap Report
Gender pay gap reporting is a legal requirement for employers with 250 or more employees. eba has a team of thirteen, so the firm is below the threshold and is not required to publish a report. No figures are held back on this page, because none are produced.
1. Who Has to Report
Gender pay gap reporting in the United Kingdom is governed by the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017. An employer must calculate and publish its figures only if it has 250 or more employees on the snapshot date, which is 5 April each year for private and voluntary sector employers.
Employers below that threshold are not required to calculate the figures, publish them, or register a report on the government service. Some choose to publish voluntarily. Most do not, because the statistics are unstable at small headcounts: with a team in single or low double figures, one person joining or leaving can move a reported gap by tens of percentage points and tell a reader nothing useful about how the firm pays people.
2. Where eba Sits
EBA Group Limited has a team of thirteen. That is well below the 250-employee threshold, so the firm is not required to report its gender pay gap and does not publish one.
This page carries no figures because none are produced, not because any are being withheld. If the firm grows past the threshold, the regulations will apply from the following snapshot date and the report will be published here and on the government service within twelve months of it.
3. Pay and Progression at eba
eba does not publish a pay policy on this site, and this page does not create one. What the firm already commits to publicly is that what good looks like at each stage is set out openly, and that progression is reviewed through regular one to ones and appraisals rather than left to chance.
Equal pay is a separate duty from gender pay gap reporting and it applies to every employer whatever its size. eba complies with the Equality Act 2010, which requires men and women to be paid equally for equal work, and is regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
