Mike joined eba ten years ago as a bookkeeper. In the years since, he has grown steadily alongside the business, developing his expertise across both the client-facing and technical sides of the practice. That dual perspective is rare, and it has become one of Mike’s greatest strengths. He understands what clients need and how to deliver it, and he brings that understanding into every decision he makes.
Working closely with fellow director David over the past decade, Mike has been instrumental in shaping the culture and standard of work that eba is known for. His progression to Senior Partner is not a sudden leap. It is the natural result of years of showing up, doing the work and earning the trust of the people around him.
In his new role, Mike will continue to work across both the commercial and technical dimensions of the practice, offering the kind of well-rounded leadership that only comes from having done the job at every level.
